1. All Membership Payments Are Final
Membership fees provide immediate access to digital content. Because this content cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Issued
A refund will only be considered in the following situations:

Failure to Deliver Services: If the art collection or digital content included with your membership becomes unavailable due to an error on our end and we are unable to provide access within a reasonable timeframe.

Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same membership.
3. Dispute Policy
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, you agree to contact us first to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating any dispute or chargeback through your bank or Stripe.
We will review your case promptly and work with you to provide a fair resolution. Filing unwarranted chargebacks for valid, delivered services will result in account suspension and prevention from further membership.
4. Member Responsibility
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary devices, internet access, and technical capability to view the art collection. Inability to access content due to personal device or connection issues does not qualify for a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
6. Compliance With Stripe Requirements
We clearly disclose our no-refund and dispute policies prior to purchase. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
